The OT Services Group is a training consulting company owned and operated by Steve Gatterman.  Steve has been developing and delivering workplace training since 1998.  He has provided instructor development and certification training for government agencies and the private sector, and has been recognized for his commitment to training excellence by the Washington Criminal Justice Training Commission (CJTC).

The company was originally started in 2004 under the name Collision Investigation Solutions, and at the time focused on providing collision reconstruction and forensic mapping training to law enforcement and private investigators around the world.

Steve Gatterman entered the law enforcement profession in 1992 at his college alma mater Western Washington University, where he was an all-conference football player in 1990.  Steve transition to the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office (WCSO) in 1994, and started teaching collision investigation courses for the CJTC in 2000.  In 2008 Steve served as an adjunct instructor at Bellingham Technical College, and in 2010 Steve became the training coordinator for the WCSO...responsible for developing the agency’s first training plan and course development standards.  In 2012 Steve started teaching instructor development for the CJTC, and in 2014 he developed an instructor certification course for MicroSurvey Software.  

Steve retired from his law enforcement career in 2024 and changed the name of his consulting business to “The OT Services Group” in order to better serve his focus on providing learning and development services to both the public and private sectors.  Steve also continues to coach football in his hometown, something he has been doing for over 25 years.
