Unlike traditional online training, Flash Training Courses are delivered directly to the employee via email of text message.
No special software or apps
No logging into a LMS
No long and boring presentations
Flash Training Courses are easy to access, and can be completed in 5-10 minutes.
You provide employee contact information to us, then select which Flash Training Courses will be delivered to which groups of employees.
Select Flash Training Courses from our library, or we will build a custom branded course with the information you supply us.
The average attention span of an adult learner is less than 15 minutes. Studies show that lecture heavy training or simple mass memorization of information has a poor retention rate.
Flash Training uses the micro-learning instructional method to deliver bite size chunks of information, using an interactive interface, combined with frequent quizzing which has shown to dramatically increase retention.

We provide you with a form template that you add your employees names and contact information too. You then select courses from our library, or request that we create a new course for you. Let us know which courses get delivered to which employee groups and we do the rest.
You can assign your employees into as many as 10 different learning groups each with a unique list of assigned Flash Training Courses.
We charge by the credit. One course delivered to one employee equals one credit used. Credits cost $1.75 to $4.00 each depending on the number you purchase each month.
We charge $25 to $50 for each custom course created, depending on the number of credits you purchase each month.
We provide you with a monthly report for each course delivered that includes not only completion status, but the results of embedded quizzes and poll questions.
